Designed 10 recipes for this local start-up paying attention to specific macro and micro nutrient requirements.  Comforting stews, nourishing soups and freezer, friendly.

Hello? yes, this is Sofía

                                  

 

I am the founder of SOFRITO and  have devoted the last ten years to learn and work about and with food. I studied Gastronomy and Culinary Arts in the north of Spain and mastered in Food Quality and Safety in Germany.

 

After having worked in restaurants, bars and cafés in Spain, Scotland and the Netherlands, I now focus on developing delicious recipes that elevate menus and are accesible to home cooks. My cooking is influenced by international cuisines, it is comforting, nourishing and delicious.
